Construction & Assembly

This mat receives the same industrial sewing construction as any of our other commercial-grade offerings. Built to allow for easy foam maintenance, creating a system that lasts.

• Single-density open-cell foam with a mid-firm ILD of 60. Dual and Triple-density options available as custom order.

• 26oz heavy-duty gym carpet designed specifically for athletic uses. Matches perfectly with Dollamur CBF rolls.

• 1000d Cordura nylon finish on the sides lessen attraction from dirt and debris.

• PVC-coated vinyl bottom sheet acts as a built-in vapor barrier, protecting the foam core from slab sweating.

• Dark and light gray color finishes. Custom colors are available as custom order.
